Governor Declarations
In line with statutory guidance, governors are required to declare any relationships or interests that could potentially influence their role. At present, one governor is married to a member of staff, one governor is in a relationship with a member of staff and one governor is married to a governor at a local junior school.
These interests have been formally recorded, and the governors withdraw from any discussions or decisions where a potential conflict of interest could arise.
